Step 1
If you uploaded a plugin
Then the site shows an error or under-construction page
Solution: Delete the plugin via File Manager in cPanel
Step 2
If after deleting a plugin that was contributing to an error
Then site continues to show an error or under-construction page
Solution: Delete the .maintenance file in public_html
Step 3
If neither step 1 nor step 2 has resolved the error
Then log into your dashboard
Solution: Check that your required plugins are active
